We collect only the personal data needed to deliver your order, support you and improve our store. We never sell it. This policy follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Who we are

This store is operated by Everyou Consumer Private Limited ("we", "us"), trading as Sage Good, Plot No 2, Springhouse Coworking Gate, Sector 43, Galleria DLF-IV, Gurugram, Haryana 122009. We are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here.

What we collect

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the store, under contract and only for these purposes:

Shopify (store and checkout platform)
Razorpay (payments)
Courier and logistics partners (delivery)
Meta and Google (advertising measurement and analytics, via cookies and pixels)
Email and messaging providers (order updates and, if you opt in, marketing)

We may also disclose data when required by law or a government authority.

Cookies and ads

We use cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and to show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may then work less well.

Marketing

We send promotional emails or WhatsApp messages only with your consent. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can email us.

How long we keep data

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting laws require (generally 8 years). Other data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Email hello@everyouventures.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
