By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. The store is operated by Everyou Consumer Private Limited, trading as Sage Good (GSTIN 06AAJCE7768D1ZE).

1. Using the site

You must be at least 18, or use the site with a parent or guardian's involvement. You agree to give accurate details and not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.

2. Products and information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos are for illustration, and packaging may vary slightly. Nutrition and ingredient details on the label of the product you receive take precedence. Our products are foods, not medicines; they are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have allergies, a medical condition, or are pregnant, read the label and consult your doctor.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes (GST). Shipping charges are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price at the time you place your order applies. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is received (or, for cash on delivery, once we confirm it). We may refuse or cancel orders in case of stock issues, pricing errors, unserviceable pin codes or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount paid.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

These are covered in our Shipping Policy and our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Offers and discount codes

Offers are valid for the stated period, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn if misused. Discount codes have no cash value.

7. Intellectual property

The Sage Good name, logo, designs, text and images on this site belong to us. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

8. Reviews and content you submit

If you post a review or send us content, you confirm it is genuine and your own, and you allow us to display it on our site and social channels. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unlawful.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Grievances

For any complaint, email hello@everyouventures.com with your order number. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
