1. Return Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Returns must be initiated from the same email ID or order number used to place the order.
2. How to Request a Return
Just email us at support@sagegood.com with the following:

Item(s) you want to return

Reason for return (this helps us improve)
Our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps and pickup details.
3. Free Returns
We offer free return pickups from most pin codes across India. In rare cases where pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to ship the item back to us — we’ll reimburse reasonable courier costs.
4. Refund Options
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds are issued within 5–7 business days via:

Original payment method (if prepaid)

Store credit (if you prefer shopping with us again)
Refunds will not be processed for:

Items that are used, damaged, or missing tags

Returns requested after the 7-day window
5. Exchanges
Want to exchange for a different size or color? We’ve got you.

Mention “Exchange” in your return email.

We’ll reserve the requested item (if in stock) and ship it once the original is received.
6. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and sustainability, the following items cannot be returned:

Innerwear, socks, or intimate wear

Custom orders or items marked as Final Sale

Gift cards or store credit
7. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
We deeply apologize if this happens. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and package. We’ll ensure a swift replacement or full refund.
